The project has been conceptualized around a connecting atrium with a North and South office wing on each side allowing for easy interdepartmental communication. A more public entrance atrium, is overlooked by a glass lift and sculptural staircase, which divides the public and private atria. A bold concrete wall forms the West façade with the auditorium and meeting rooms pops through the wall as a feature elements and announces the building and the entrance of the Baywest precinct.
